I / We, the undersigned, hereby submit to Alyusr Leasing and Financing Company an application for Financing. I acknowledge under this application that the information provided is true and correct, and that the Company has the right to verify and validate such information and exchange it with third parties. I authorize the Company to obtain any information it requires relating to me or to my stated accounts from the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) or any other entity.

I hereby authorize Alyusr to disclose to any assignee, potential assignee, or any other person with whom Alyusr intends to enter into contractual relations any information relating to me as Alyusr deems appropriate, including information relating to delayed payments and verification of my credit history with the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH) and/or any other licensed entity. I acknowledge that this may adversely affect my credit history with the Saudi Credit Bureau (SIMAH).

I further authorize Alyusr to verify any other information for the purpose of approving or rejecting my application and managing the relationship with me, using various lawful means such as the “Yakeen” service, the “Tahqaq” service, the “Dakhli” service, and any other similar services. I also acknowledge, understand, and personally commit to updating my personal data as required by Alyusr at any time (as determined by Alyusr), provided that such updates do not exceed a period of five years. I undertake to bring my updated ID to the Company’s premises upon the expiry of my current ID, and I acknowledge and understand that if I fail to update, the Company shall have the right to take such action as required by applicable regulations or the Company’s procedures.

I also declare my commitment to all terms and conditions that will be presented to me in the contract concluded between me and Alyusr. I agree that any dispute arising in connection with this application shall be settled through the official authorities. The Company reserves the right not to accept my submitted application and to retain the documents I provide. If any of the above information is found to be inaccurate, I shall bear all legal consequences arising therefrom.

I further acknowledge that I have read and understood the text and content of the financing application and the terms and conditions set out through visiting the Company’s website, and I declare my commitment thereto. I acknowledge that I have understood the initial disclosure form and the Value Added Tax (VAT) terms. I also declare that I am not involved in any criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing, and that my source of income is from lawful and legitimate activities. I undertake to notify Alyusr of any change to any of the above points in the future.

I also acknowledge that I shall notify Alyusr if I am a politically exposed person (a person of high importance and authority), whether in the government sector, semi-government sector, private sector, or military sector, or if any of my relatives or associates are such persons. I undertake to notify Alyusr in the future of any relationship I may have with politically exposed persons (persons of high importance and authority).

I further acknowledge that I am responsible before the competent authorities for the funds used to repay my financing in my account with the Company, whether paid by me personally or paid on my behalf by third parties, with or without my knowledge, through bank transfer. I also acknowledge that the funds used for repayment arise from legitimate activities, and that I am the true beneficiary of the financing.

I agree that Alyusr may, at any time and without prior notice, directly deduct any amounts due — including government fees and taxes — pursuant to the approved Direct Debit Mandate signed by me as the financing applicant with Alyusr, and may use it more than once per month to collect amounts due for the Company’s products from the customer.
