Know Your Rights

Dear customer… To help you make the right financing decisions, we offer you some advice and guidance:

  • Read carefully all information provided by the finance company on your obligations in exchange for the service or the product, and make sure you understand them and that you are able to comply with them.
  • Do not disclose any personal or financial information to any party other than the finance company and under any circumstances.
  • If any clause in the finance contract or any other documents submitted by Al Yusr is vague, the customer has the right to inquire about it and put questions to the employees who are ready to answer any questions in a clear and professional manner that helps you make the right decision.   • See to it that the issued version of the finance contract includes all the contents of the contract, including, to name but a few, your personal data, the amount of financing, the annual percentage rate and the summary of the financing contract, as well as all the supplements of the contract, such as the payment schedule, the attached statements and others.
  • The finance company will provide you with details about the complaint and the timeframe to provide you with the result, such as the contact numbers and addresses for lodging and following up on the complaint. Use this service and learn how to lodge the complaint to the highest levels, if necessary.
  • Make sure that all required fields are complete on the forms submitted to you for signature. Do not sign blank or incomplete forms.
  • You have the right to be given access to the fees and costs of administrative services which you can get through the branch, and the company's unified number and website.
  • The company provides many after-sales services; to name but a few, (the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the early repayment and the right to terminate the financing contract). The branch or customer service is committed to providing you with the terms and details of these services.
  • The Company shall maintain the confidentiality of its customers' information and shall not disclose them to other parties except as required by the relevant regulations and instructions.
  • The company adopts a policy in accordance with best practices to combat and detect fraud whether it is internal (committed by the company's employees) or externally (committed by some customers), in accordance with SAMA's instructions. The Company will notify the competent regulatory authorities of detected fraud cases. The company therefore appeals to its customers to assist in the reporting of any known fraud to take statutory procedures in this area.
