Dear Clients, we would like to inform you that the Value Added Tax (VAT) System, which resulted from the Unified Agreement for Value Added Tax for the GCC Region, the final law of which was approved by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2017, will enter into force as of Monday, January 2018G, corresponding to the 14^th of Rabie Al Akhar, 1439H.

As a commitment of Al Yusr Leasing and Financing Company to the prescribed laws, we therefore notify the following:

• The terms and conditions of contracts with Al Yusr Leasing and Financing Company will be updated to comply with the VAT Laws.
• The collection of Value Added Tax for the interest of General Authority for Zakat and Income (GAZT) will be carried out by Al Yusr Leasing and Financing Company, starting from the date of the above mentioned execution, which will apply to the new contracts.
